Review: 355 vortec z71;) - Working on a 98 z71 with the 3 inch torsion lift, came in a few days earlier than expected. They fit great and corrected the lean to my tires and also gave me about an inch more of lift. All while giving my truck a great ride. Only thing I don't like is the shank on the ball joints are a little cheesy compared to the factory one but overall a great product Review: Junk read full review - Junk, bushings and ball joints do not last, ball joints would not take grease from day 1 even with new fittings. They also do not "lifetime" warranty as stated very disappointed for the price of these they are criminal ## Features - Promotes OEM Geometry | Keeps the Ball Joint at Optimum Angles for Lifted Trucks. - POM Ball Joints have a Greater Range of Motion. - Ball joints are Pressed-In for an easier Installation | Clevite brand OEM style Rubber Bushings. - Full Down Travel and Increased Clearance to the upper strut mount. - Backed by Rough Country's Limited Lifetime Replacement Warranty. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Manufacturer | Rough Country | | Brand | Rough Country | | Model | Upper Control Arms | | Product Dimensions | 62.87 x 34.29 x 17.15 cm; 6.67 Kilograms | | Item model number | 7546 | | Exterior | Painted | | Manufacturer Part Number | 7546 | | Position | Front | | Special Features | Fits 6 Lug Wheels w/ 2-3" Lift Kits., (fits) 92-99 Chevy GMC Suburban/Yukon C1500/K1500 4WD, Will fit 99' Classic model pickups., (fits) 88-98 Chevy GMC C1500 / K1500 4WD Pick Ups, Doesn't Fit straight front axle . | | Safety Rating | _ | | Construction | Drilling Required: No | | Item Weight | 6.67 Kilograms | ## Product Details - **Auto Part Position:** Front - **Brand:** Rough Country - **Color:** Silver Finish - **Fit Type:** Vehicle Specific Fit - **Material:** Aluminum ## Images ![Rough Country Upper Control Arms for 88-99 Chevy/GMC 1500/K1500 Truck/SUV -7546 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61KOUiFvYYL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 355 vortec z71;) *by J***N on 17 September 2015* Working on a 98 z71 with the 3 inch torsion lift, came in a few days earlier than expected. They fit great and corrected the lean to my tires and also gave me about an inch more of lift. All while giving my truck a great ride. Only thing I don't like is the shank on the ball joints are a little cheesy compared to the factory one but overall a great product ### ⭐ Junk read full review *by M***T on 2 July 2026* Junk, bushings and ball joints do not last, ball joints would not take grease from day 1 even with new fittings. They also do not "lifetime" warranty as stated very disappointed for the price of these they are criminal ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They look really nice. Seems to be pretty beefy. *by C***L on 26 May 2025* Brought the top of the tire out just enough so the tire is straight up and down now after I turned the torsion bars up to slightly lift it. Also clears the control arm stop now so the control arm doesn't bottom out when the tire extends lower than it's natural resting place. ## Frequently Bought Together - Rough Country Upper Control Arms for 88-99 Chevy/GMC 1500/K1500 Truck/SUV -7546 - Rough Country 2.5-3.5" N3 Front Shocks for GM 1/2-Ton Suburban/Tahoe - 23196_A - KSP 1-3" Torsion Bar Key For Silverado Sierra 1500, Adjustable Forged Torsion Lift Kits Fit K1500 K2500 K3500 Tahoe Yukon Suburban,Steel Suspension Level Kit Compatible With Chevy GMC 6 Lug Truck SUV --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/313685126-rough-country-upper-control-arms-for-88-99-chevy-gmc](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/313685126-rough-country-upper-control-arms-for-88-99-chevy-gmc) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-21*
