What is it? sounds like a ripoff** A: 100% ripoff - and the coil is just a basic 1 coil charger. With my Otterbox commuter case it BARELY recognizes the device and with even a 2mm gap will not charge. keep walking, don't buy. **Q: it makes a chirping sound when plugged in and not charging something.
