## Questions & Answers

**Q: are there two picks with different colors so two family members can use it?**
A: There are five different pics with this particular model, and each pic has a designated purpose. The intent of each pic is explained in the instructions. So, on the surface, I would say the unit is designed for one person. However, it could possibly be used by more than one person if each of those persons requires a different type of pic. For example, two of the pics are tiny, soft brushes. So perhaps one of you would need/prefer a brush, and another person might need/prefer a curved pic. I only use 1 or 2 of the pics myself because those are the pics that meet my personal needs. Hope this information is helpful to you. In closing, I'd like to say that I love this unit and it is the one thing I miss the most when I am traveling away from home.

**Q: why is the water not coming out of my water piks am i doing something wrong its new is there a secret to it**
A: Make sure the blue container with water in it is fully seated. Mine sometimes doesn't pump so I push down on the corner making the black rubber seal is down properly.

**Q: is there a solution when there's no power to the unit when it's plugged in**
A: It has to have power...check the plug or fuse...no electricity no waterpik

**Q: what are dimensions of base, have a small space around sink**
A: The waterpix is only 6" wide, a very small it's only 38" around, very small, I have a small space on my sink and it sits great, fits fine I love it, all the little extra stuff sits on top with a lid, you will like it, great....

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ total winner!
*by C***. on 23 March 2021*

This is the first Waterpik to be totally approved by the American Dental Association! I'm on my second unit since they improved the sprayer. It has a rocker switch to turn on the unit and another switch on the sprayer or wand to turn on the spray whenever you are precisely ready. Great improvement as I no longer have spray going while I try to put it in my mouth without spraying my face or the bathroom wall! One of it's greatest features is that the head has a dial just below the water spout of choice (there are 4 choices for 4 different treatments of dental hygeine), and this dial allows you to swivel the water spout 180 degrees when you are cleaning the backs of the teeth. I no longer floss my teeth with thread; I use the very precise head that allows you to go along the rim of the gum (both sides of tooth) and allow water to gently dislodge and flush away all the plaque in a thorough way that the thread cannot do.
