I love coffee and caffeine but I am sensitive to it and will get shakes and crashes. I’ve found with Flo State I don’t get shakes or crashes the way I was getting previously. I’ve found I also drink less coffee daily as the energy and focus I get off a cup seems to last longer. It’s a delicious cup of coffee, I tend to use it in my french press and drink it black. I’ve also increased the scoops of the grounds to make iced coffee with vanilla soy and my entire family loved it.
