The Mexican is very smooth very light and enjoy it, but it’s not as bold as the other three. Ethiopian is the strongest the most acidic flavor, but I do like all three of them, actually all four. It took me a day or two with the Ethiopian because of the acidic content, it may just be my stomach, so don’t think I’m saying it’s poor quality, it’s not, It is very tasteful. In fact when I need a stronger taste that day, I will use one of the Ethiopian flavors. Overall, I like all four of them would purchase again.
