I have been hooked on puck motion sensors for a few years now, this is great to add to my son's closet I built shelving in. The length of the light strip enables you to view a greater expanse without the caveats of a single directional single source light, such as fewer shadows, wider field of illumination and brighter light due to greater number of leds.I really love the strip of leds under silicon or whatever, it's a great teaching tool for adults and children as you can see how the leds are inset and the wires that feed them electricity. I have used similar light strips from electronic supply stores before, they are so fun!Tip:If mounting in a wide closet with sliders or two access points, mount sensor so it covers a horizontal field rather than aiming it straight down so you can activate the sensor from either point of entry instead of just the area where the sensor is aimed down.I would like if the wire from the sensor and battery housing had more length before the beginning of led strip for my application. The unused wire could always be gathered in applications where length isn't required, but is very useful in other applications to maximize sensor settings. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just put one under our platform bed (husband doesn't like nightlights, but I can't see worth a darn ... *by K***O on Reviewed in the United States on September 2, 2016* Just put one under our platform bed (husband doesn't like nightlights, but I can't see worth a darn if I get up in the middle of the night) so it lights up briefly when walk by and the sensor is triggered and shuts off soon after - maybe 30 seconds. Also put the second strip in my closet where our overhead light doesn't quite illuminate the corners. Also works great. Sensor range is pretty good too, easily goes off when you're about 6-12 inches away, depending on the orientation of the sensor box. ### ⭐⭐ Caution: Battery drains quickly *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on March 20, 2017* I sell on amazon, and don't like leaving this type of feedback. I have had these for about 6 months. The first set of batteries died quickly. I replaced them with another set of cheap batteries. Within 1 week I had to replace the batteries. Finally I decided to by the most expensive batteries in Home Depot. They lasted longer, but still drained the battery. Aside from draining the battery, the lights are bright, the motion works well. I bout these and installed them in my pantry and under my kitchen cabinets.
