I have seen some reviews mention the quality but those people must have wanted a more luxurious feel or a sturdier pillow whereas this is your normal quality pillow but in a V shape. In my opinion it's perfect for comfort but if you need something more orthopaedic maybe look elsewhere? I plan on taking this to hospital with me when I can finally return to a (somewhat) normal human being and I will definitely use it afterwards for general comfort in bed as well! 100% recommend!
