Great pictures and was easy to follow. I am a Pilates instructor and studio owner and was looking for a resource to share with my clients. This book is great and at a great price. I also found a few new  ideas to include in my classes. My book came with a green Sanctband,  although I did not order it from Amazon.

    Get a More Dynamic Workout -- also great for traveling!

What could be simpler? With the Sanctband (a resistive band which comes with the book) stretching becomes more dynamic and the resistance it provides brings opportunities for additional strengthening.The book is very user-friendly. The exercises are explained clearly, are easy to follow and, and illustrated with photographs. I especially like the band for traveling. It weighs nothing, fits easily in your suitcase and yet enables you to get a good workout wherever you are. Plus, all the exercises are summarized in the back of the book on a two-page spread. I photocopied this so when traveling I can even leave the book at home -- yet still do all the exercises. Highly recommended!
