I was having trouble learning how to "slip" because I couldn't envision punches coming at me. I bought the double-ended bag to help with my timing and my "slipping".First, I'll just admit - on day one I felt like an idiot. I've been punching a heavy bag for about a year but I had nowhere near the level of coordination I needed to keep a steady rhythm on this bag. I was hitting too hard and too inconsistently. This is not the tool you use to develop power.After a few workouts and after watching some videos of people using this the right way, I am improving. This is a great tool to improve timing and agility. I am still a beginner but I can already see improvement and I am excited to make this a part of my regular routine.I recommend this to anyone with similar goals.
