Where does the strap or winch hook or d ring attach?** A: Haven’t used it with a D-Ring. If you loop your winch same way the end of a strap loops you route it trough the rear (under the step) over the male end of the hitch and insert male end into female end. Lock it back in place and drive. Takes less than 60 seconds to do and that’s without rushing. One of my best purchases so far. It’s also saved my female end on bumper a few times when crawling. 10/10 recommend. **Q: How do you tow with this?** A: It's not a tow hitch. It can be used with a recovery strap to pull someone out or get pulled by, but not for towing. **Q: Will this fit cleanly into the factor hitch receiver on a 2018 jeep grand cherokee (trailhawk)?** A: I have a 2014 Jeep Wrangler- fits! **Q: Does it rattle? Can this be used with a hitch tightener? Thanks.** A: Don’t think a tightener will fit. It fits a little loose but I’ve never noticed the rattle until you asked lol. Been on my Tacoma daily driver for more than 6 months. I’ve used it a lot for wheel chock and dunnage to level the truck for my tent.
