Works really well

I used this a number of years ago and it worked great. Then it disappeared for a while, no doubt to change the packaging. So I tried germoloid but I didn’t like that at all. Always leaves you itchy. So, I ordered this again, and it’s definitely my preferred product. That cool minty feeling and no itching. Great for that sore pile that’s driving you crazy and making you dread going to the bathroom. Worth the extra money in my view.

I have been using these tubes 3 days now and definitely feel soothing and less pain after used .. it calms the area . Haven't used it enough to see a huge difference.The only downside is the colour codes as to which one is day and night.

I normally use OTC stuff but rarely have relief. This time I Decided to try something new and read comments on different products. The comments were positive and now I know why..I use the white one 2 daily and the yellow one once.. I've started 2 days ago and i can already feel the difference. No itchiness, swelling gone down drastically, and no mess.There is a minty sensation, and a little sting (more than likely from burst one) but its the best feeling especially when there's instant relief.I will definitely be using this product from now on. This cream does help a bit with the piles, it nice and cooling, theres 2 tubes in pck, one for night use and one for day use, although they seem same...Theres no horrible smell with this cream and it goes on easily, tubes are small for the price though...

I have been suffering from anal fissure for many years and I have been using different creams but to no avail. My GP prescibes glycerine trinatrate which works however when the fissure is bruise due to occassional constipation, it feels like the heaven is coming down on me. The pains I go through afterwards is beyond description until I came across this cream. Price didnt mean any thing to me as I wanted anything that will make this pain disappear. Upon delivery I quickly applied as instructed and carried the daytime cream with to work. I wore a glove on my fingure and rubbed the anal area with the cream constantly after and before each bowel movement and after one week, I don’t feel the pain anymore. The crust is to avoid constipation and apply the cream as instructed and you will begin to feel the effectiveness of the stuff. The daytime cream when apply produces some light burning sensation in the anal area but I loved it because it kind of eases the pain during the sensation. It worked for me but sadly might not work for some. I give it 🤙
