It's included. Everything in the picture is part of this set. It's one of my favorites to build, took me about five hours. **Q: how much money is a world of minecraft villages?** A: If you just wanted to use the minecraft village its however many you wanted to use but if you wanted one of each set it would be in the thousands. This particular set was produced only for 12 months, as it was discontinued December 2017 (nearly 6 years ago). Since it is an older set, there are very few NEW (and unopened) sets remaining out in the world, so it has been become a rare set. Hence the price. Rare typically things cost more.
