Unplug the machine, open the back panel using a screwdriver, and make sure all of the wires are plugged in properly. Most importantly, there is a green panel plug near the top (on the back of the control panel) that HAS to be plugged in securely. Try unplugging that and plugging it back in. If this doesn't work call this number (415) 325-5598. This may mean there is faulty wiring in your machine. Please do not just "get past it" it is a signal telling you that the machine is not safe to use. it is supposed to be annoying, so that you turn the thing off and ask for help! **Q: Does this come with a teflon sheet?** A: Parchment paper works better but you don’t need to cover htv, the carrier sheet will not melt. I had doubts and tons of Anxiety about purchasing it, but the price kept pulling me in, and it’s definitely worth the money. It was also ready to use right out of the box, I plugged it in, set the heat to correct temp which is very simple to figure out, and started pressing. I did have to tighten the handle a little, but I think they left it a little loose so you can find the grip that is most comfortable to use. I also took the pressure down so I could open it easier and that was easy, with just a turn of the knob. The thickness of the padding is perfect size and removable just in case you might ever need to replace it. I’ve used Cricut HTV, Siser HTV, and The Paper Company HTV, and it all pressed very well with this machine!
