It works great. It strengthens ceramic wool, but can be applied to any suitable substrate (firebrick, mizzou, or other refractory) and reflects heat back into the space being heated. It is best applied with a sandblast nozzle, but can be brushed on. The mixture settles very quickly, so you need to keep it stirred if using a brush. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Came broken, but was quickly replaced. *by K***G on July 25, 2021* My first one came with the lid broken and all over the inside of the packaging. Called Amazon Customer Service and got a new one in a couple days. Excellent customer service.As for the ITC-100 itself, it cut the time it took my forge to heat up by half. My forge is very hot now.
