## Questions & Answers

**Q: One of the cords on a pulley has come off.  How do I fix it?**
A: I would have to know which cord before I could give you an answer is that one of the 10 team cords underneath or is it one Hand or foot cords?

**Q: PADDING WIDTH**
A: It is narrow only about 16 or 17 inches. It is not nearly as wide as a typical Pilates reformer. I would not buy it again.

**Q: do I need to know anything about Pilates to use this?  bum knees.**
A: No,  prior Pilates knowledge is  not necessary.

**Q: One of the cords on a pulley has come off.  How do I fix it?**
A: Mine comes off now and then,what i do is hold the base steady try to guide the cord to the middle of the pulley and pull hard. Works for me hope it works for you. Good luck.

Great machine for limited space - easy assembly (just attach the rebounder). Excellent price and shipment on time. All extras were included as well. Love it

I am disappointed in this product. The rolling action is rough. Another complaint is not clear guidance on the exercises. I am 6 ft tall and can barely use it.

For the price this is a great machine. I'm 5'1 120 lbs and a fitness instructor, my husband is an active office worker and 5'9 190 lbs; we can both use it affectively. I was surprised by how compact it is and am glad I didn't get the mini. All and all it is a wonderful addition to my work out room.
