My skin feels good, the shower doesn't smell like chemicals, my highlighted hair looks like I had it done yesterday instead of two months ago. This was fairly easy to install for someone who's 5'4" with a shower head that's about a foot above my reach. Thankfully my ladder fit into my bathtub! That's nothing to do with the product. The instructions were pretty easy to follow, tool use minimum. Just screw off the old shower head, use some plumber's tape, use the gaskets provided, screw on the new Aquasana device, flush out the charcoal, and you're good. Well worth the price to shower with clean water and have a handheld shower wand with multiple settings so you can pick and choose your water experience.
