I can breath again and it's not making me uncomfortable.to those saying they can't see through it and that its foggy. it has a protective film on the front you must peel off and then its perfectly clear. very easy to clean too.my only complaint is how it was packaged and shipped to me its a very thin plastic so it tends to take on the memory of anything pressed against it which included the 2 small square papers it came with and the other face shield pressed against the other. can be fixed by slightly warming it up in direct sunlight like a dashboard of a car but you have to be careful not to warp the shield afterward.
