The specs for this meter for the 60A range is +/- (2.5% + 8). That "8" means it could be off by 8 counts in the last digit. So if your meter reads 0.05 Amps, the actual current could be as much as 0.13 amps. 130ma parasitic draw puts your car into the "something is wrong electrically" category. Good build quality and a nice screen. Totally accurate right out of the box when I tested it. Feels nice and solid in the hand. Would give it a full five stars if it came with better leads. Luckily it take standard leads so I got a better set use with it. Update: it is still working but the selector switch has gotten a little bit finicky and sometimes you have to finesse it a little bit to get it to work. Still an excellent little unit for the price but Fieldpiece or fluke this is not. I ended up getting another one just like it. For a regular user this thing would probably last for many years.
