Can you machine wash the garment with patches?

If they are sewn on. They didn’t iron on that well.

Can you use fabric glue to glue them to velcro?

I tried to glue them to a pleather jacket using E6000 and then epoxy and neither would stick. I also can’t remember if it was the patch/jacket/both that were resisting the glue. A workaround could be ironing them onto a canvas backing, then gluing the canvas to your project.
