These things (as well as the stock ones that come with the head set) fall off and get lost so easily, you NEED to have extras, I guess that's why the cost is so much. also why not make these with a sticky back so they actually stick to the head set? that tiny plastic ring that helps hold these on is as worthless as you know what's on a bull! lol So if you have a set of TV ears and the little foam ear bud parts fall off a lot, try putting a tiny drop of glue on the plastic part of the head set, not a lot and not on or in the little part that protrudes into these foam things I call it the "sound nipple"...lol... that's where the sound comes out so you don't wanna plug it up with glue!)Or take a piece of double sided scotch tape and poke a hole in it, slide the little "sound nipple" through the hole and stick the tape onto the plastic bell shaped part and then attach the foam piece, sticking it to the tape as well.ALSO!!!! do yourself a favor, the "arms" ARE going to break on these sets, (they usually always do after repeated use) down close to the part that has the volume control, they all do at one time or another... So, go on Amazon and buy some "Sugru". Its a modeling clay type product that acts and looks and feels just like clay yet when left out 24 hours to cure, turns into a flexible and strong rubber. I just fixed my dads TV ears with it and it worked great, better than the tape he used and a lot, lot better than that "5 minute fix" UV light cured glue stuff that came off after one use! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A PERFECT FIT AND EASY TO INSTALL. *by A***A on Reviewed in the United States on March 23, 2017* We lost one of the tips for my wife's TV Ears so ordered these. They arrived as promised and they fit well so I thought I'd share my experience. The instructions are very explicit so I was able to install them quickly on our two sets. Ours already had the little adapters that were included so they didn't have to be installed first. Don't remove the rubber tips from the container. Place the plastic container on a hard surface such as at the edge of a table. This makes It easier because the TV ear can "straddle" the table top to reduce the chance of breaking. Push the TV earpiece into the rubber tip until it snaps on. It takes a bit of pressure but once they have been installed they stay on. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fits 2.3 TVEars and works great! *by D***R on Reviewed in the United States on September 14, 2017* We have the 2.3 TV Ears in desperate need of new covers, especially since my husband lost one of the sponge covers. I used the silicone covers from my ear buds but they didn't feel comfortable. Looked on the TVEars website, then on Amazon. Cheaper on Amazon so I bought these. Works perfectly! Follwed directions to install, first tip didn't want to go on so I removed it from the package & put it on by hand.
