This mixing board is able to power my 7 XLR drum mics, preamp both guitars and send them to their own full 50W amps, return the guitars with effects, mix in a keyboard, play a metronome for recording (which won't be heard in playback), insert audio from a RCA source, and mix everything down to 2 channels which can be sent over USB to a computer, and then run monitor audio back to the board which can be heard over headphones (and also sent to the control room). Wow! It does all that? Yes. This 22 channel mixer WILL do it all. Set up is a breeze. It comes with mounting hardware if you have a road case to put it in. Fully able to record and/or stage mix a 4 person band. If so, yes, it does along with several 1/4" outputs as well. Not to sound like a jerk, but there are pictures on Amazon that clearly show the outputs and inputs of the board (along with the specifications in type on the page). :) **Q: Does this mixer have a means to kill effects maybe via a footswitch for talk between songs in a live situation?** A: The Stereo Aux 3 (FX) return volume knob can be turned down to 0 to stop all FX from going to the Main Output during dialogue between songs. Unfortunately, the original unit installed in a studio failed after 11 years of daily use, due to a power supply failure that took the mic preamps with it. It was not an economical to repair. As the input/output wiring is in situ and i have been pleased with the mixers performance i decided to purchase an identical unit. It's not the quietest mixer around, those of you in the know will know what i mean by that, but it performs well with loads of facilities normally only found on more expensive units.
