Took a few days of a lot of use to break it in but I crawl through attics all day and I’ve never had an instance where it fell out of the holster and I never use the strap to buckle it in. You need to put it on whatever belt you’re using. If it’s missing the clip, then I’d get a hold of Amazon support. It’s a small piece, might even be attached to the holder already.
