First Class Muffins; great on the Caledonian Sleeper, fantastic from your own oven; Parsnip, Apple& Hazelnut Cake; why did I never think to add parsnip to a cake before??!! I may have eaten this all by myself and denied all knowledge of making it. Really impressed with the vegan recipes/options as well. I have a schedule of recipes to try & probably a new exercise plan 😂. Also, all of the buttercream is to die for 😍.Style: I know that you shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover, but this is pretty to look at & pretty to use. Layout is clear, user friendly & visually really appealing. The mix of photos of the end result & ‘action shots’ works really well. The writing style is warm & approachable, and I really appreciate the acknowledgement of team effort throughout. I also like the feel of a book to be right and this is.
