Yes, the same glove works for both right and left handed golfers. Hopefully, the video helps you better understand how the glove is to be used. **Q: Aren't you supposed to shift weight and "slide" through impact? Why would you want to fix that?** A: Sliding is not the right feeling to have, Sliding causes many problems that your hands can sometimes compensate for, but turning, “pivoting “ is the feeling that you are looking for **Q: This training specific to drivers or does it help with irons as well?** A: It works with irons as well. It sure helped me! **Q: Does the pad detach and adhere to the underside to create a left handed glove (essentially flipping the thumb hole over)? there’s no rh & lh option.** A: Hi - Thank you for your question. The 300 Yard Impact glove is designed such that the same glove fits both right and left handed golfers. While the pad can detach, there is no need to detach and flip it.
