The elastic band has a little button with holes for adjusting, good elasticity suitable for most head sizes or any hair style. The elastic wide band do not make you feel too tight or headache, comfort and flexibility, keep the satin cap stay on all night .Besides, the hat will keep protective oil off the pillow and keep your bed neat and clean as well. This night sleeping cap has enough room for long hair. Its especially good if you have long and thick hair.

Say Goodbye to Morning Frizz
I'm a curly girl, and if I don't protect my hair while I sleep, I wake up with a frizzy, unmanageable mess. I've tried other headwear options, but they all fell short of my needs. They didn't have enough room to accommodate my thick hair, and they would slip off in the middle of the night. However, this sleep cap has been a game-changer.It's spacious enough to hold my medium-length curls securely without any strands slipping out. The addition of a fastening mechanism on the side ensures it stays firmly in place throughout the night. The satin lining feels incredibly luxurious, and I no longer struggle with frizz once I remove it in the morning.I can't recommend this product enough. It's been a lifesaver for my curly hair!

Took the Plunge and am Quite Pleased!
For reference I have thin, fine, shoulder length hair.I read everyone's critique that this fabric bleeds like crazy, so I hand washed it in warm water until it ran clear. To be honest I haven't noticed any additional bleeding due to my pillow case being a dark purple that had previous stains from hair color, so I may edit this review if I sleep on lighter sheets. One thing I wasn't crazy about is that my overnight hair mask didn't seem to completely coat my hair like normal, instead absorbing into the cap. The satin lining didn't feel greasy in the morning, so hypothetically it could have seeped through the fabric onto the pillow, but I can't give a definitive answer. Now what I do really like is how this stays on my head. I read that it fits tight, which concerned me-being a plus size woman, some beanies don't fit my head well. However I had no trouble putting it on, and even tightened it a little to secure it. It only slipped off once overnight, but I recall tightening the strap more than the night before. I'm also able to wear it underneath my hair towel in the shower to keep my hair from frizzing. As you can surmise, my hair is way less frizzy than before, and I don't feel like my scalp got very hot so I didn't use as much dry shampoo to combat the oils from sweating.I'm excited to keep using it and finally take good care of my hair!

Does its job
I use this bonnet whenever I sleep in my bed whether it be for a nap or for the night. It does help keep my hair from becoming greasy so I’m able to wear it down without using dry shampoo for an extra couple of days. I’ve noticed that it also keeps my hair frizz free and soft. My only complaint is the fitting around my face/ears. I find that I can’t contain all of my hair around my face by my ears (med thickness, mid-back, white girl hair) if I leave my ears out of the bonnet. So that means I have to put the bonnet on over my ears which eventually causes them to ache since I have to tighten it enough to stay on through the night. It does cover most of my forehead though but I can’t tighten it more since the whole thing will give me a headache! I just want to wear it like the picture, but I guess my head shape or size doesn’t work? Either way I find it mostly tolerable to keep using it since it does a good job of keeping my hair less oily and more healthy.
