More like 9 x 9... *by D***N on May 25, 2017* Just received this and it's not even out of the box yet and BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. This is not a 12 x 12 footprint. That appears to be the canopy size which us 12 x 12 and has an overhang.. the canopy sits on top of 4 large (4 x 4 inch) posts, spaced 10.6 x 10.6...I'm going to guess that will leave an interior ares of roughly 9 x 9...not a 12 x 12...DISAPPOINTED. very misleading and I spent hours and days researching... ### ⭐⭐⭐ This would have received 4 stars because it looks good when completed *by L***H on September 4, 2017* This gazebo is a HUGE puzzle ! It needs at least 3 people to assemble it and 3 FULL working days. One person needed to go to pick up screws that were missing and the peat gravel.
