Pros: vegan (but made in the same factory as products with eggs), no artificial sweeteners, tastes pretty good for a protein powder (tastes like real chocolate- but pretty mild in flavor. I’ve tried it in coffee, smoothie and just water. It in coffee is my go to- objectively the worst tasting application, but fits with my preferred use), homogenizes easily if you put the scoops on top of the liquid ( clumps pretty badly if you scoop then liquid). I say homogenize rather than dissolve because- it is still a protein powder and doesn’t really go fully into solution like sugar or salt. Cons: low protein content (but probably fine if you are looking for a low cal supplement like me rather than as a part of a workout routine), still has that characteristic gritty protein powder texture when homogenized in a liquid (but if in a smoothie it has no discernible texture of its own).
