Geez I didn't realize how ingredients were actually in this! It does seem to work , as I was low in vit D in my blood test previously . I was wiped out ! I'm fine now . It tastes really good like apricots , in fact so good I want to eat it like candy , so I put it out of sight ! I only take it occasionally now ! I do recommend bit it because of the amount of Vit K2 in comparison to the amount of Vit D . I have some major problems with gluten and I have been taking this vitamin since June and I don't feel any gluten effect, but as far as the effect of this vitamin, I feel so good!
