Tell user to hold [on/off button] down 2 seconds to turn off, I can change carrier frequency like popular brands. One really good feature: Turn off the mic and no noise! Just On then Off, no mute to worry about. I can turn up down volume at the base unit. The vol can go up down at lapel but I don't suggest it. (signal to noise issues) Duct tape solves that one. (Mic users like to play) Hint: Keep volume bar lights on the base above 3/4 for best sound downstream signal.
