After about 6 months of use, it developed a problem. Communication with William at Suncoast Mobility was easy and prompt. He provided necessary information to diagnose the problem, then quickly sent parts, since the scooter was still under warranty. It was easier to work with William through email, than with any of the local dealers. The scooter is a good value. It is used to go on “hikes” on trails in the woods. The ground clearance helps getting over roots and rocks. It has the endurance needed for a nice long trip. The ride and the seat could be a bit more comfortable, however. Battery removal is very easy, which really helps when loading and unloading into the back of an SUV.
