Review: 8-10 hours per week miracle product - I started have pain in my IT bands in 2019. I didn’t even know what IT bands were before googling why I felt like an area above my knee was tearing while playing basketball. I bought my first set of these back then and have been using them 3-4 times per week to play basketball every year. I have never felt pain in my IT bands since wearing these - they were the first miracle product I ever experienced. For me, they last about a year before the velcro starts wearing out. I wear them 8-10 hours a week above both knees to play basketball. Would love it if they could improve the velcro a bit but they’re the best straps I’ve found on desertcart.

I started have pain in my IT bands in 2019. I didn’t even know what IT bands were before googling why I felt like an area above my knee was tearing while playing basketball. I bought my first set of these back then and have been using them 3-4 times per week to play basketball every year. I have never felt pain in my IT bands since wearing these - they were the first miracle product I ever experienced. For me, they last about a year before the velcro starts wearing out. I wear them 8-10 hours a week above both knees to play basketball. Would love it if they could improve the velcro a bit but they’re the best straps I’ve found on Amazon.
