After that, I washed my hands as I normally do and my nails continued to look good for a couple of days. The sheen I had on my nails after the cream and buffing was very nice ... and continued to be so for a while. I believe its a personal choice, and determined by how much time you have, as to how often you apply the cream and buff. It’s not like a nail polish treatment that would remain for a week or so ... what I like about it is that it’s a natural and healthy way to maintain your nails.
