Thanks.** A: Periodically add one cap full of hydrogen peroxide into the reservoir to keep the circulation system clean. Procedure: Set temperature to 75 degrees F. Remove the reservoir cap and add the Hydrogen Peroxide. LEAVE THE RESERVIOR CAP OFF. The HP will react with the dirt or other foreign particles to clean the system. I can't even tell you how well-rested I am or how much better my sleep has been. It's incredibly easy to use and clean. It regulates your temperature or fluctuating temperatures with the push of a button. I could never have gotten through chemotherapy without this pad. I placed it on the bed with the intention of removing it once chemo and radiation were finished. Never ever took it off. It only comes off for washing and then right back on the bed. Very easy to wash and reinstall.
