After cleansing in the morning, I'll put this on as a baseline skincare. On top of this, I'll use my regular Olay moisturizer with sunscreen. If you're a woman using foundation at this point, it will not pill, roll up or come off. Even if you use this Neova fluid by itself, it's still great protection, feels moisturizing and offers some sunscreen protection. It's thin, doesn't leave a white cast, and I think it's worth the price. My skin is already in good shape, so I can't say I've seen any remarkable or noticeable improvement, but since it works on a DNA level, I probably wouldn't see that anyway. You use it daily, you will use it up by expiration date. If you do not use it daily, do not expect any good results. I have used this for 2 years now and no pre cancer or squamous or basil on my face. Amazon does not sell expired products. If you received an expired product from one of their suppliers, they will refund your money. I have never received a product that did not have a lengthy expiration date .
