A: Use Dr Beckmann cleaner with the sponge on the end- home bargains sell it cheapest- use it for my 6 cats all the time!

A: No idea about that - check you have the right ingredients that the vet recommends.  I had the first box from the vet and then the same box with the same picture on the front thereafter on line
