**Q: How easy is this device to remove?  Some days I have limited upper body mobility and need something I can take off quickly without a lot of twisting.**
A: Undo widest strap across your chest then with opposite hand lift off shoulder then reshape it before storing it flat for next use. I really like mine.

**Q: Does it help the body? Is the effect of improving low back pain obvious?**
A: Yes, it has helped my body, no doubt. I use it for two or three hours in the morning and can feel that I am keeping good posture the rest of the day. I can't comment on back pain because I didn't have any, I am just using it for cosmetic reasons. It is very comfortable.

**Q: Is this washable?**
A: It’s washable, just make sure you set the washing machine on delicate or it will be best if you hand wash it.

**Q: Can this work for men?**
A: Sorry, the instructions did mot work, very uncomfortable for my body type also for my husband and he is very slender

Nice packaging with quality material and design. Straps are a bit awkward in armpit area but can adjust for a better fit. Posture is improved immediately but beware of some soreness while adjusting to the change. Will wear and be mindful of upright posture!
