With rechargeable lithium ion like the ones from EBL It should last 5-6 hours. I haven't tested phantom on lith-ion personally yet but when not using phantom you get 8-9 hours compared to 2.5 - 3 hours on normal batteries. Should be the same 3x life and maybe even better because the bigger the power draw the worse normal batteries do and the better Lith-ion is in comparison. **Q: Will this product help me with my d5200 + small shotgun mic camera hissing noise? i know to turn my settings all the way down, i need a better pre-amp** A: Yes, just adjust the gain. **Q: Is there way to eliminate ground loops when using this with an AC powered Mixer and ac powered camcorder?** A: Make sure that both AC cables are plugged into the same source (Outlet) and that both cables have a grounding pin on the plugs.
