This is a beautiful dress, however it fits small. Size up if you are pear shaped.

The intricate lace detailing on this dress is simply stunning. It adds an elegant and romantic touch that makes it perfect for special occasions. The dress is well-made with high-quality materials. It feels luxurious and durable. The inner lining is soft and comfortable against the skin.

The short of it: After 3 years, I've kept mine in decent condition, but wish it didn't have that "cheap" look to it. Every time you wash it, it loses more of its charm. If this is what you can afford, I understand, and it's a timeless design that you can use for many different events and won't look out of place as you go from 20 something to 30 something. So, it definitely has a longer life than most fast fashion (though just barely). It's a good value (for the low price), but it will disappoint you how quickly the quality fades because of the materials used. In the end you'll just really wish you had the same dress built better, and for that reason I think a nicer construction is worth a higher price in this case.I bought this dress a couple years ago and thought I'd write about the life of it so far for those trying to make more responsible clothing purchase decisions. The detailing of it does look pretty flattering, so for the price you are getting a look pretty close to the imagery. I will add that I have a body shape close to the model though an have a A/B-cup bust, and that might be relevant.Lace detailing -- after about a year, there was some minor fraying. If you've owned nylons (tights) before, you probably have experience with what the wear on elastic like materials looks over time. It does start to look a bit cheap as this happens -- maybe over a year wearing it some 12 times.Dress Material -- Very stretchy almost jersey like. I would not be surprised if someone a bit bustier, or a little larger than me would notice the material stretching out and bunching over time. I can see a little bit of this on my own, and I have the same body type this was tailored to fit. It is lightweight, but stretch will be an issue. For this reason, I would ABSOLUTELY NOT wash this in a washing machine. I always, always, recommend looking at the material blend when buying clothes for this reason.Length -- I'm 5'9" and this sits just about 3" (inches) above my knee cap. I liked the length as it's more conservative which this dress style suits, and means I can wear it to formal and semi-formal occasions (for instance, It's perfect for both a wedding, church, or just going out to a more formal date! More than you can do with a single dress in a lot of cases).Value -- Look, I have my own opinions about cutting down on clothing waste, mostly learned since making this purchase, so take this with a grain of salt. For the dollar value I would say the value is about 4/5. You get about what you pay for and I wouldn't say you are over paying... this is a decent price, for a garment that I'd say beats Forever 21 and (American) H&M by a tiny fraction. However, I can tell you that this dress has an incredibly versatile style. I can't tell you how many times I've thought about wearing it because the style is perfect for an event I'm going to, but it just starts to scream "cheap" if you even remotely get some wear/stretching on it. I often looked at it longingly and WISHED I bought the same style made of better materials. If I bought this out of a nice weight cotton dyed dark indego blue, and had a higher quality lace detailing, I would give this a 5 out of 5.Final thoughts: As I gaze into my closet now, my impression is mostly, "dang, I wish this dress was higher quality, because I'd keep it for life." Definitely has made me consider my dress purchases a lot more carefully, because I doubt I'll find a dress that has the same look :/

I wore this to an evening wedding for my best friend's daughter and received many compliments. I'm 52 years old, 5'9" tall, and curvy. A steal for under $20! It was super comfortable and fit perfectly! The length and style of the dress was both sexy and modest. I can't rave enough about this dress!!!

I just received this dress , put it on and absolutely love it ! The quality is amazing. It is just like it does in the picture , is very well made, the material is so soft even the lace , the color ( I chose green ) is perfect. I am 5’ 1” about 117 pounds and the medium fits perfect. I just ordered it in black and teal blue I love it that much !!!

Fabric was soft and nice. Color was true to screen. Very comfortable. Not sure about durability till I wash it but I carried a 2 year old have the time. No tear for lace. I wore this and wore a trad hear wear. It was great

I really wanted to like this. Unfortunately, it kind of just looked frumpy on me. My body has a bit of an apple shape in that I carry most of my bodyfat in my abdomen, though I have a muscular build as well in my arms and back and so it just didn't look that feminine on me at all. I had to return it, but the construction is good, so I think for the right body type it will be a show-stopper (and if you are an apple, like me, you can try a shawl or cardigan to compliment).

This dress is gorgeous. The quality is great. I am size M with a bigger bust. I bought M and fits beautifully. It is slightly stretchy so feels comfortable and fits great even with a bigger bust. It's elegant and classy.

Just got mine today. Fits perfectly I’m about 5’6” and slim order an x-small Black. The sleeves are a bit of an awkward length, nothing a sewing machine can’t fix, and personally I’d like the skirt a little shorter, once again nothing a sewing machine can’t fix.
