### ⭐ Not worth the money!

Save your time and money, buy any geriatric medicine textbook that would be a good study tool for BPS.Okay book, wish the charts were a little simpler to navigate and not much in terms of pathophysiology or pharmacology. I expected much more and will have to supplement with Hazzard's Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology. Authors, if you are reading this, as you should, as a colleague to a colleague, the book needs to be greatly expanded to meet demands of clinical pharmacists. I would suggest stealing some points, like pharmacological class and pathophysiological approach review from Hazzard's. Some of your charts group different drug classes and diseases together like LT modifiers in COPD chapter (zileuton and monteleukast - different MOAs) and COPD/Asthma - different pathophysiology > grouping makes things all the more unclear and confusing necessitating use of other sources.Update...Reviewing AF, and other cardiovascular disorders. The book was published in 2015, and later updated for a discrepancy, so it was reprinted. The AF guidelines were updated in 2014 yet the book uses 2012 guidelines, very upsetting!Update...Reviewing many disease states, it has become apparent that this book does not mention all the common risk factors. Oftentimes, need to use a second reference for a comprehensive list of common (emphasis, common) risk factors.Update...The book does no do justice to review of GOLD Guidelines.

NOTE: This applies to the KINDLE edition only. The content is relevant, but the KINDLE edition of this book does not show up appropriately.There are typos and the tables in the book such as 2.1 and 2.2 do not show up as tables at all. They show up as paragraphs. If possible, I would like to get the hardcopy instead, until the publisher works out the kinks in the KINDLE edition.
