My 9-year-old has a severe overbite, and at times the rubber bands get stuck in the brackets, which makes it difficult for him to remove them. He also has trouble putting the rubber bands on by himself. The tools in this kit make it much easier for me to help him change his bands. The aligner remover tool is gentle but effective, and the rubber band placers make the process quicker and more comfortable. This kit has been incredibly helpful for our daily orthodontic care routine, and the included case with a mirror is a convenient bonus. Highly recommend for any parent with kids in braces.
