So it would only work with dr brown system or rings. We got these for the dr Browns bottles but if they are the same size I don’t see why not . **Q: Are the preemie nipples shorter than the regular nipples?** A: The lengths are the same. The preemie just has a smaller hole and thus a slower flow.
