I like that it has a strap to hold it on so I don't just have to lay on my back to keep it in place. It feels great and definitely helps with the morning migraines. I tried it in the freezer and just could not bear the cold, so I keep it in the fridge and it feels perfect; just the right amount of coldness to be of help. I've not tried it warmed up yet, but the husband sometimes has sinus headaches or issues and it will be great for that as well. Good deal for migraine relief! Plus, it soothed my puffy eyes and made the eye area noticeably brighter and rejuvenated. The fact that I can still see while I’m wearing it is very convenient. The Velcro straps do a great job keeping the mask in place. *I do recommend letting it sit for a few minutes after removing from the freezer (if frozen solid) so the frozen gel can soften up a bit.
