With out me even contacting them they issued a refund for the order AND sent 5 glass replacement containers . That's above and beyond thank you .UPDATE, 7/31/17 changing from 3 stars to 1. These are terrible! have already lost 4 bottoms due to breaking? will upload picture's.They are ok and will work but are kinda cheap and when they come new the bottoms are VERY hard to pull apart!! I broke 2 bottoms trying to get them separated.
