I’m in Love with this Faucet!
OMGosh what a gorgeous Faucet! My old bronze-look kitchen faucet developed a leak in the sprayer hose that I tried to repair and live with, but finally said “uncle” and knew it had to be replaced. I looked at my local home improvement stores and wasn’t impressed, then tried a kitchen and bath showroom where their eye poppingly beautiful things came with equally eye popping prices. Which brought me to Amazon, where I found this beauty. Exactly what I was looking for at an amazing price. After reading positive reviews I went for it and I’m so glad I did! It shipped immediately and arrived the next day, packed well and in perfect condition. It was installed today by a licensed plumber, who was impressed by the quality and ease of installation: less than an hour. He said it would be an uncomplicated DIY if you’re handy (I’m not). Looks and works great, even has improved water pressure over the Moen it replaced. If you’re looking to upgrade your kitchen but are apprehensive about purchasing a non-name brand sight unseen, as I was, you will not be sorry going with this. Just do it, you’re welcome!

Works Well, No Leaks, Pretty, Affordable, High Quality
Nice surprise with the quality of this faucet that sells for so much more but with this one, affordable. Have it installed for 3 months now (bought it a while back and it sat in storage while we remodeled our kitchen)...and was really afraid at taking the chance with it pass the return window. Luckily this is legit, well-made, and works well. If any complaint, it would be that the pull-hose length is too short, and we had to improvise and accommodate it with an extra 8 inch additional hose so that the spray would be closer to our 10 inch deep industrial apron sink.

works great, great water flow
Easy install. Nice commercial kitchen look. Great pressure out of the sprayer and good flow out of the pot filler. Wish they included a 3 hole plate, but the lack of one was indicated up front. Very happy so far. Definitely recommend.

Overall happy with minor issues
Faucet is huge improvement over the old one so my elation could be a little biased. Overall the install was super easy but don’t be deceived by their claim “no tools required”. Tools are definitely required to remove the old faucet, and to tighten down the nuts on the braided hose to the water supply. If you don’t, it will leak.Always disappointed to receive a suspected used item, but I get it, they gotta sell it and it was in brand new condition so I kept it. The deck flange had been removed by prior purchaser and thrown loose in the box, and there was water in the box. Took a minute to figure out the flange as there is zero reference to it in instructions, I can only guess it’s because when shipped new from factory, it’s already screwed on.Install was extremely easy. A second set of hands would have been nice to hold the faucet straight while I tightened from the bottom but wasn’t necessary. I did it with one set of hands. There is no reference anywhere as to which hole is for hot and which hole is cold so I made a guess and assumed the hole below the red dot was hot, and I was right. Guessing wrong, having it installed, and then having to switch would have been a bummer. This faucet does NOT include a deck plate to cover the other holes in the sink and my old deck plate was not compatible. And Home Depot and Lowes don’t sell deck plates separate so plan ahead accordingly. I spent a lot of time trying to get the right size plate so it would cover all the gunk on my sink from the old plate and was not able to. In a fit of frustration I decided to try sanding the gunk off and it worked beautifully so problem solved. Don’t be afraid to sand your sink clean. I used 220 to get the gunk off and 500 to smooth it out. Because I got it all clean, I was able to order the plate I wanted even though it’s slightly smaller than the old one.The hose does not pull out. It would be nice if it did, but I knew when I bought it that’s the way it was. Not having a pull out hose definitely has limitations if you’re used to having a pull out hose that you can turn sideways in the sink. The sprayer lock is nice and simple to use. Sprayer water pressure is a lot lower than my old sprayer and I have not been able to figure out how to remove the aerator in this new one. I don’t think it comes out, unfortunately, so this will be a huge negative if I can’t figure out how to get more pressure to the sprayer. Didn’t buy this for the sprayer light, but it’s kind of a cool gimmick. Blue is cold, green is warm, red is hot, and flashing red is it’s as hot as it’s gonna get.Removing my old faucet probably took 45 mins. Install of the new faucet was maybe 20 mins, but I’m gonna have to do it all over again when the deck plate arrives tonight. I installed this on Sunday, drove all over town looking for deck plates before ordering from Amazon Sunday night to arrive Wednesday. Can’t go three days with no kitchen faucet. It’s tall, it’s bold, the on/off levers are super smooth and very high end feeling. This thing looks and feels like it cost $600. It’s so nice, it highlights how ugly my old sink is. Pulled out the old dishwasher sink top drain and bought a matte black soap dispenser to match the faucet. Will install when new plate arrives. The included braided hoses are long enough but just barely. My water lines seem like they’re mounted pretty high up. If they were a few inches lower, I would have needed to buy longer hoses. There is a curious little cap on the sprayer that I was dying to know what it was for so I pulled it apart and springs and pins went flying when I did. It’s the pins and springs for the lever, so if you’re also dying to know what it is, hopefully you read this review before you took it apart.I do recommend this faucet, I just wish I would have had the foresight to realize the deckplate issue ahead of time. I also wish the sprayer had more pressure, and I wish the hose pulled out. But for the price, quality, ease of install, I think I can live with those issues.

Better, and cheaper, than any kitchen faucet from Moen or Delta
For the past 20 years, we've been using touch control kitchen faucets. Our first was from Delta, and our last one was from Moen. These electronic faucets all seem to fail after a few years. The companies are good about sending replacement parts, but it's a pain to replace the faucet every few years. So after the Moen failed, we decided to get a non-electronic faucet, and since this Fapully was so much cheaper than the Moens and Deltas, we decided to give it a try.I got this Fapully and installed it yesterday. The unit is sturdy, twice the weight of the old Moen, and it's 1/4 the price. The only problem I had installing it (other than the cramped space under the sink) was that the hot and cold water lines weren't long enough to reach the water supply. I had to purchase 2 12-inch supply line extenders, so that added $12.50 to the cost, still cheap. After I installed the extenders, the faucet installed easily. The water flow from this faucet is amazing. The main downspout is a sprayer, but there's also a separate pot filler that has its own control. I use a fraction of the water that I used to use to rinse things because the water flow is so strong. I filled the reservoir on my Brita filter in about 4 seconds, a third of the time it took with the old Moen faucet. The controls on this faucet are a little bit different than others. The main handle on the body side is the main control, and is the only way to control the temperature. The sprayer has its own control (just volume, not temperature), as does the pot filler, which is aerated. So you can leave the main handle in the full on position and just control the water flow from each spout. The sprayer has a latch that can keep the sprayer on.All in all, we're loving this faucet. It's much better, and much cheaper, than our previous faucets. Hopefully this will last for many years.

Perfect functional faucet
Loved it! Looked beautiful. Just didn't match our decor. Ended up sun sanding it back but the product was phenomenal. Did purchase the same thing just in a brushed nickel. Looks great! Works great
