## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will this stand work with a 9' tall full tree from balsam hill? its very heavy?**
A: It will work perfectly with your 9' tall Balsam Hill Tree; In fact, we use fully decorated 12' tall Christmas trees from Balsam Hill on these stands frequently.

**Q: How much weight can the stand hold?**
A: A lot, it's pretty beastly, I didn't even expand it any larger to hold our tree. Defiantly recommend.

**Q: I assembled this item and I need to disassemble it to return it. I can not remove the castors. How to remove the castors?**
A: Lightly pry with a screw driver and pull out

**Q: What is the maximum weight it can hold?**
A: Hi! The Universal Metal Rolling Christmas tree stand can hold up to 160lbs
