Review: perfect fit, perfect bra. - I am just on my 30s and I am size 8 was suffering from my back pain and feeling tired all day !!! I set all day behind my computer for my work and I developed a bad posture I believe. I was afraid that getting a bra that fixes the posture will hurt even more as it will be forcing my posture ! I was really wrong !!! I think buying this bra is the best decision I made for purchasing anything. The bra is true fit, I got my bra size fitted on M&S the same week as I ordered this bra. SO if you get the bra and it feels it is not the right size, that means you are not currently wearing the right size bra. I tried the M&S instruction online also to see it it gives me the same result as the store. and yes it works. So first see what is your real size bra before ordering. The bra is designed very well, it is not forcing your shoulder but just push them in the right point to take the good posture, It is really comfortable and I can wear it all day and night. No underwire, no filling and really supportive. Highly recommended.
Review: Soft, comfortable and true to size if you like your bras to be a snug fit - I had an operation 5 weeks ago and have been wearing non wired Macom compression bras in black since then which are excellent but expensive. I bought this bra in white to wear occasionally with white tops while Im still healing as a cheaper option than getting another Macom. Its not specifically a compression bra but the description says it gives firm support without underwires so I thought it was worth a try for the price. The size chart did confuse me though and I wasnt really sure what size to order as I wanted a snug fit. In the end I went for my normal size which was about right for me - I have it on the loosest fastenings though. If you want a slightly less tight fit I would recommend going up a size from normal. I do find it every comfortable and dont notice Im wearing it during the day which is always a good sign! I havent had any problems with the fastenings coming undone and I dont have any red marks when I take it off. However If you are looking for a bra that gives you a good shape this is not for you, you would need an underwired bra for that. It does stop the "jiggle" and I feel supported when Im wearing it. However I dont agree with the description which says it gives full coverage - it is actually slightly low cut which I personally like as it shows some cleavage! However this turned out to be a slight problem when wearing it in bed... Ive worn it twice so far and both times I have woken up to find one of my boobs has popped out the front!!!! All in all its a decent bra for the price and Im happy with it for what I needed it for. I cant comment on whether its good for posture but I dont have back ache when Im wearing it so I guess that must be a good thing!

Cup size not true. I ordered my usual 44g and the 44 is is great but the G not so. Currently have the one boob scenario. Is they had a H it would be perfect xx Having to return as having worn it for a while not supportive enough and back keeps sliding up
