This Zurn unit works with both. **Q: Will this work with a Delaney flushboy urinal?** A: Yes this item should work. I have use them with a few different brands and models of flush valves I cannot guarantee it will work but they are pretty universal might be best to do a little more research **Q: does the toilet seat being in the up position either hit this device or interfere with its operation??** A: We installed it on a urinal, but the sensors range is fairly short and it is unlikely to register someone standing in front of a normal toilet with or without the seat up. **Q: Will this help with my run away Urinal issues? Can it fail open and flood the urinal? My current manual handle seems to stick and flood.** A: It may. Have used these auto flush over 2yrs. in this very busy retail store. Have had two devices fail causing continuous flushes. Did return faulty units and re-ordered additional ones.
