Review: Volume, clarity and price can't be beat - I'm a singer, native American flute player and I had to replace all of my recording equipment and speakers setup. This was so inexpensive for what I've got I have a hard time believing how little it cost. It's not super low bassy but it's certainly doable for small parties and smaller entertainment areas because it is quite a bit louder and clearer than I thought possible for this size and price. Inside of a house it's virtually deafening if you turn it up enough . I get clear highs and quite reasonably good Lows and great mid-range. Volume, clarity and price can't be beat. Review: Very Pleased - Outdoor Theater - I purchased this product to be used as the sound system when showing movies outdoors. My typical application has a fairly large format: The screen approx 22ft. Speakers are placed roughly 5ft to each side and in front of the screen. In my first (backyard) test, the signal came from the headphone jack on a relatively low-end laptop - so about as limiting as one can get. There was fairly loud ambient noise from nearby equipment. I did not measure the db, but it was sufficiently loud that the speakers needed to overpower the noise to produce a desirable effect. The audience was seated between 20 and 30 feet from the speakers. I was very pleased. We exceeded a loud but comfortable volume level with the source volume at roughly half power, perhaps 1/3 gain on the aux input at the speaker, and the master volume set at 1/4 to 1/3 power. Voices were clear and distinct. High end sound was excellent (shrieking bird-monsters...don't ask). The speakers' bass seemed to handle the low-end "content" in the movie, but as one would expect, they can't produce the "sensory rumble" of a theater system or dedicated sub-woofer. I am pleased with the build-quality of the speakers and stand. I haven't accidentally dropped them down the stairs yet, but they feel solid and as if they will withstand the regular wear and tear of being tossed into the back of the van and hauled around, etc. I will add to this review if I learn otherwise. A quick test of all the functions went well. Music quality seemed excellent - but I was not listening with an audiophile's mindset - I enjoyed it more than I analyzed it. Bluetooth, FM, remote all work as advertised out of the box. BT pairing was simple. FM reception seems solid. The remote? ...well, I am not quite sure how much use it really is. The biggest issue is that the IR sensor is on the back of the speaker. If I have one recommendation for Pyle, it is to provide a second sensor on the front of the speaker. It only controls the USB/SD/Bluetooth/FM functions and a power off. It does not control overall system volume. One other thing, it would be nice to have a left/right speaker balance rather than a single master system volume. Overall, I am pleased. Other reviewers are correct in saying this is a system designed to meet a particular price point and higher end systems offer more. If you are an audiophile or you make your living delivering sound, then you will probably was more. However, I feel like the product is very good value and should meet the needs of most amateurs users. Your, mileage may differ. So far I am entirely satisfied. ## Features - 700-WATT MAX POWER OUTPUT: Portable high-powered 2-way full range audio projection loudspeaker PA karaoke machine for tv system has a MAX power output of 700 watt for the system, from the active speaker's built-in Class D amplifier - SUBWOOFERS AND TWEETERS: This kit has 1 active (powered) speaker and 1 passive (unpowered) speaker, each with an 8 inch woofer (5.98 lbs each), and is equipped with pro audio woofers & high performance compression drivers w/ titanium diaphragms & this karaoke speakers bluetooth with microphone has a 65Hz-18kHz frequency response - WIRELESS BLUETOOTH: This PA karaoke system for smart tv speaker supports bluetooth for wireless audio streaming and works with devices like smartphones, tablets, laptops and computers. You just need to have an extension cord available to plug in. **Q: is this good for a large banquet hall for a party ?** A: I used this pair as sound support for a theater production in a banquet facility that holds 200 people and it worked fine. I fed it from a PA system with a line level output. There is an upper limit to what you can do for volume without distortion. The specs say 350W per unit, but I'm not sure that's accurate for a small 8" speaker. **Q: Does this come with a set of two speakers?** A: Yes it it does **Q: Buenas noches cual es la altura del equipo y los 38 pulgadas de que viene siendo ?** A: Stand Adjustment Height: 24’’ x 47’’ -inches Speaker Dimension (L x W x H): 23'' x 21'' x 38'' -inches ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Volume, clarity and price can't be beat *by K***N on July 15, 2026* I'm a singer, native American flute player and I had to replace all of my recording equipment and speakers setup. Thankfully, the Bluetooth capability worked perfectly as a workaround! It actually made the setup much cleaner by eliminating extra wires. The sound quality is impressive—definitely powerful enough to fill a ballroom for a party of 100–200 guests. I’ve been using them for everything from yard parties to just listening to music while doing chores around the house. Very happy with the purchase so far! ## Frequently Bought Together - Pyle Powered Bluetooth PA Speaker Kit - Event Ready - Just Plug In and Play Active and Passive 350w Loudspeakers with Wired Microphone, Speaker Stands, Remote - MP3/USB/SD/AUX inputs - PPHP849KT - Facilife Projector Stand Tripod - Laptop Tripod Projector Stand Adjustable Height 22 to 47 Inch, Projector Tripod Stand, Tripod for Porjector, Projector Stand for Outdoor Movies - VEVOR Inflatable Projector Screen for Outside with 350W Air Blower Inflatable Screen Oxford Fabric Material Blow Up Screen for Outdoor Movie Supports Front/Rear Projection --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/35686785-active-passive-pa-systems-dual-8inch-700-watt-max-power](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/35686785-active-passive-pa-systems-dual-8inch-700-watt-max-power) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
