**Q: Can you add sand to the inside to make the base more stable?**
A: Hi,you need to put sand or water inside the tennis trainer,It is best to add a heavy  
object above to prevent the entire trainer from flying out.

**Q: Does it suit for 10 year old kid?**
A: I bought this for my 9 year old son to practice tennis alone in our back yard. It works very well for the purpose. Have used it for a week or so, an hour every day, so far so good.

**Q: How does it stay on the ground with a weight of less than 3 lbs?**
A: There is a stopper in the middle of the trainer,which can be filled with water or sand to make it heavier.When you are finished using,you can pour water or sand out that you can easy to carry.

**Q: How do you set this up? Is there instructions online ?**
A: As received, this product is useless.
I'm going to try drilling a hole in it, load it with lead and see if that helps.
Otherwise it will be necessary to adhere it to the surface.  Now tennis court owners won't allow this so you'll have to find a place that works.
