This book came at a time that has been quite challenging in my life. I have skimmed through the book. Read a couple of chapters. What I Love is the simplicity yet complexity of each chapter and the exercises. This book addresses pertinent areas in life that I personally was not being present to, along with exercises to practice what has been learned.  This book is practical and easy to follow.
